- Direct messaging of Motions and Resolutions as well as events to ensure that Conservative activists and Branches are informed of significant developments.
- The Noticeboard is not a chat room for general political debate and discourse, it is for immediate reference on a need-to-know basis of what stances Branches are taking on issues and what events they are holding.
- Motions and Resolutions that are posted on the Noticeboard should be matters of wider significance. Accordingly as a general rule, local issues relevant only to a Branch and its immediate State and Federal Electorates should not be posted on the Noticeboard.
- Once a Motion is posted on the Noticeboard an alert email will be dispatched to participating members.
- On receipt of information, there will be scope on the site for questions and comments, however participants will be encouraged to minimise Q&A and chat. Rather, they should use their initiative to arrange actions and activities offline, to ensure that site is not congested with details of tactics etc. Also, tactical responses to matters are best dealt with in ways that are more contained and bespoke to the issue at hand.
- Resolutions passed by participating Branches will be sent to:
- NSW State Director
- NSW Parliamentary Leader
- Federal Director, and
- Federal Parliamentary Leader
- The Noticeboard should never allow anything that promotes any person’s or groups’ private commercial or individual political interests, it exists to promote common sense and practical causes pursuant to decency and fairness for the betterment of NSW and Australia.
