– Date: {insert date}
– Move post to the Motions > Resolved > Adopted section

If motion is rejected edit to record:
– Date:
– Move post to the Motions > Resolved > Rejected section

If motion is not voted on:
– Move post to the Motions > Resolved > Not Voted On section
